Our Story
NanCrown started in 2015 as a small cap workshop in Guangzhou, China. Today we are a 2,000 m² factory with a team of more than 30 people, making over 100,000 caps a month for brands in more than 50 countries.
We work directly with the people who own the brand: clothing and streetwear labels, running and outdoor brands, surf shops, companies and event organisers. You send the idea and the logo; we turn it into a sample, and once you approve it, we make the order to match.

Production Capacity
Our workshop covers about 2,000 m² with a team of more than 30 people. With cutting, sewing and assembly on our own floor, and long-term partners for embroidery and printing, we make over 100,000 caps a month, so we can take a 50-piece trial and a large repeat order alike.

Every order is checked at each stage of production, and bulk only starts after you approve a pre-production sample. Before the order ships, we send you photos of the finished caps, and you can also check them on a live video call or through a third-party inspector.

Are you a factory or a trading company?+
A factory. Pattern making, cutting, sewing and assembly are done on our own floor in Guangzhou, China, and we work directly with brand owners. Embroidery, printing and washing are done by long-term partner workshops and checked by us.
Where is your factory?+
In Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. We ship to customers in more than 50 countries by courier, air or sea freight.
Can I see the factory before I order?+
Yes. You can watch our workshop video on this site, or ask for a live video call and we will show you the floor. You can also send a third-party inspector to check your order before it ships.
What is the smallest order you take?+
50 pieces per colour, per style. Two colours of one style can be combined to reach the 100-piece price tier.
How fast do you reply?+
Carrie from our sales team answers every inquiry personally, usually within 1–2 business days (Guangzhou time, GMT+8).
