Trim and stitching do the styling work — sherpa panels, contrast brim undersides with piped edges, or rings of topstitching around a wide brim — and every surface is open for embroidery, screen printing, woven labels or patches. We build from your logo and colour references, confirm the fit and construction with a pre-production sample, and keep production factory-direct in Guangzhou with a 50-piece-per-colour minimum, OEM/ODM welcome.
Customization Options
Fabric: 100% polyester or soft woven builds, with sherpa trim available on select styles.
Crown & brim: low flat-top crown with a short outward brim, or a wide, gathered-crown sun-hat silhouette.
Trim: contrast-colour brim underside with piped edging, or concentric topstitch rings across the brim.
