Winter headwear is where NanCrown builds the most texture into a cap: wide-wale corduroy with a quilted sherpa lining, a baseball crown ringed in long-pile faux fur, or a reversible shell that flips from crinkle nylon to fleece depending on the weather. All three styles carry earflaps — some fold up or down, others wrap the back of the head in one piece.
Every winter style is built to take your own branding, whether that's a script embroidered across the front panel or a small mark that sits quietly on a reversible shell. Note that any fur trim we use is faux fur only — no animal fur. We work from your logo and colour references, confirm the build with a pre-production sample, and manufacture factory-direct in Guangzhou with a minimum of 50 pieces per colour — OEM/ODM welcome.
Customization Options
Fabric: wide-wale cotton corduroy with sherpa lining, or a reversible crinkle nylon and fleece shell.
Trim: long-pile faux fur around the crown — faux fur only, no animal fur is used.
Earflaps: fold-up or fold-down flaps, or a one-piece wraparound earflap ear to ear.
Lining: quilted insulating lining for warmth.
Decoration: embroidery or a woven patch on the front panel or crown, plus custom colourways.
