Bulk Custom Caps: 1,000 to 5,000+ Pieces per Order
For retail ranges, corporate programmes and repeat brand orders, we make custom caps in bulk at our workshop in Guangzhou, China. We make over 100,000 caps a month, so an order of several thousand caps fits alongside our regular work, and every batch is made to the same approved sample.

Standard build: 6-panel cotton twill, flat embroidered logo, one woven label, ex-works Guangzhou, not including shipping. Special fabrics, 3D puff embroidery, patches and custom packaging are quoted per design.
Lead times
- Sample: 7–15 days.
- Bulk: 25–30 days after sample approval is our standard. For larger or multi-style orders we confirm the schedule with your quote, based on quantity, styles and decoration.
- Shipping: add sea, air or courier time. We can quote DDP (delivered duties paid) to your door.
How we keep every batch the same
- One approved sample: bulk starts only after you sign off a pre-production sample, and every batch is made to that sample.
- Spec on file: we keep your pattern, fabric, colours and logo positions, so a reorder months later matches the first run.
- Checks at every stage: cutting, sewing, decoration and finished caps are checked before they move on.
- Colour control: fabric is ordered as soon as colours are confirmed. If the bulk dye lot differs slightly in shade from the sample fabric, we show you photos first.
- Photos before shipping: we send photos of the finished order before it ships, and you are welcome to inspect it yourself or send a third-party inspector.

Packing
As standard, each cap goes in its own poly bag, 25 caps to an inner box and 100 caps to a carton. Custom packaging, such as branded boxes or hangtags, is quoted separately.

Can you produce 5,000 caps in one order?+
Yes. We make over 100,000 caps a month, so a 5,000-piece order fits alongside our regular production. Send the styles, quantity per colour and your delivery date, and we will confirm the schedule with your quote.
Do you offer lower prices for larger quantities?+
Yes. Our published price for a standard cap is US$2.9–3.6 per cap at 500 pieces and up, ex-works Guangzhou. For 1,000 pieces or more, send your quantity and design and we will quote a volume price.
Can we split a large order across several styles and colours?+
Yes. Price tiers are per style, and each colour needs at least 50 pieces. Send the breakdown by style and colour and we will quote each line.
How do you keep quality consistent across a large order?+
Bulk starts only after you approve a pre-production sample, every batch is made to that sample, and each production stage is checked. We send photos of the finished order before it ships, and third-party inspection is welcome.
