Custom Caps and Bucket Hats for Festivals and Merch
Festival merch sells when it looks like it belongs to the event. We make bucket hats, trucker caps and 5-panel caps for festivals, bands, venues and merch brands, from 50 pieces per colour, with your artwork embroidered, patched or printed.
Styles that sell at events
- Bucket hats: cotton twill, washed denim or nylon, with embroidery on the front and your woven label inside.
- Trucker caps: a mesh back and a front panel that takes a big patch or a bold print.
- 5-panel caps: one seamless front panel, so wide artwork is not split by a seam.
- Souvenir details: a patch with the year or the line-up, a rope across the brim, or embroidery on the side and back.
Timing your merch order
Merch has a fixed date. Allow 7–15 days for the sample and 25–30 days for bulk after you approve it, then shipping. For a summer festival, send your artwork a few months ahead so there is time for a sample round and sea freight.
Our standard embroidered cap is US$6.0–7.7 per cap at 50–99 pieces and US$4.5–5.2 at 500+, ex-works Guangzhou. Bucket hats, patches and special finishes are quoted per design.

Questions about merch caps
What is the minimum order for merch caps?+
50 pieces per colour, per design.
Can we make a version for each year or city?+
Yes. Each version of the artwork is quoted as its own design, with the minimum of 50 pieces per colour.
Can you sew our label inside?+
Yes. A custom woven label is included in the sample. On larger runs it is part of the standard price; on very small runs, around 50 pieces, the label has a minimum setup cost that works out to about US$0.4–0.6 per cap.
Can you ship duties paid?+
Yes. We can arrange delivery duties paid (DDP) through our forwarders. For about 100 caps to the US, shipping usually adds US$2–3 or more per cap, depending on weight and speed.
