Custom Caps for Run Clubs
A run club cap has two jobs: it has to work on a hot long run, and it has to look like the club every time you reorder. We make lightweight running caps for clubs, race organisers and running brands from 50 pieces per colour, and keep your approved spec so the next batch matches the last one.
What a club cap needs
- Light, quick-dry fabric: stretch woven polyester, crinkle nylon or ripstop, with laser-cut vent holes or a mesh top where you want airflow.
- A logo that works at night: reflective print for early and late runs, or embroidery and raised silicone prints for everyday club wear.
- Soft construction: unstructured 5-panel or 6-panel crowns with no stiff lining, so the cap sits light.
- Easy fit: quick-release buckle, elastic cord or webbing strap, one size for most members.
- Room for more names: a small print on the side or back for the club name, a race or a sponsor.
How clubs usually order
Most clubs start with one style in one or two colours. Our minimum is 50 pieces per colour, and two colours of the same style can be combined to reach the 100-piece price tier. When the club grows, you reorder by colour from the same approved sample, so new members get the same cap.

Approve a sample
We make a physical sample in 7–15 days. You check the fit, the fabric and the logo before anything goes into production.
Bulk production
Bulk is ready 25–30 days after you approve the sample, plus shipping time.
Reorder by colour
We keep the approved spec, so a reorder only needs the colour and the quantity.

What is the minimum order for club caps?+
50 pieces per colour, per style. Two colours of one style can be combined to reach the 100-piece price tier.
Can the logo be reflective?+
Yes. We print logos in reflective ink so they show up under headlights and street lights. Embroidery and raised silicone prints are also available.
How much more does a running fabric cost?+
Quick-dry and breathable performance fabrics add about US$0.5–1 per cap compared with our standard cotton twill, at 50–100 pieces of one style.
Can we reorder the same cap later?+
Yes. We keep your approved sample spec, so a reorder only needs the colour and quantity. Bulk production takes 25–30 days.
