- Ear cover: neoprene ear flaps with bound edges for cold water or long sessions in the sun.
- Quick-dry fabric: light matte nylon that dries fast and stays light when wet, with mesh-lined vents on the side.
- A short brim: short and curved or flat, to keep the sun off without catching the wind.

Will the cap stay on in the water?+
That is what the chin strap is for. We fit a neoprene or cord chin strap with a quick-release buckle, and you can test the fit on the sample before bulk production.
Which fabric dries fastest?+
Nylon dries fastest and stays light when wet. We use light matte nylon for surf caps, with mesh-lined vents on the side.
How long does an order take?+
A sample takes 7–15 days. Bulk production takes 25–30 days after you approve the sample, plus shipping time.
